Welcome to St. John Catholic Student Center!

Welcome to St. John Catholic Student Center, the Catholic parish for college students at Oklahoma State University. Our mission is to build Saints for the Kingdom of God! And that’s you.

How do we build Saints? This church is not just for Sundays. 7 days a week, students walk through the doors of St. John. They become friends with Jesus and with each other through Daily Mass, Bible studies, free food, adventures around the world, ongoing religious education, intramural sports, service opportunities, and so much more.

I love being a priest at St. John. I witness college students sharing the joy of being Catholic on campus with the holiness of their lives and the fun they have daily.

Do not be afraid to walk through the doors of your new Church home on the corner of Miller and Knoblock. As the archway at our entrance says, “When I was a stranger, you welcomed me.”

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to me directly or our Campus Ministry staff.

Drennan Ryan, Construction Engineering Technology, 2025

"It is incredible to have a new Catholic Student Center on campus. The difference in outreach ability has increased at least tenfold since we can now invite our classmates to come study/work on projects at St. John, host world religion classes, and be a visible sign to current and prospective students of what living in a Christian community looks like."

Cutter Sheets, OSU Wrestling and Animal Science, 2026

"Everyone at St. John is welcoming, and their love for God is contagious. They don’t push you to become Catholic; you just slowly gravitate towards it the more you are around them and are in the Church. Catholicism 101 helped me learn more about the Catholic faith, God's love for me, and what it means to be Catholic, and it didn’t take but one day of being there to say I want to become Catholic."

Emma Evins, Human Development and Family Science, 2026

"Being involved at St. John’s and FOCUS completely changed my life. I learned how to pray, the importance of frequenting the sacraments, how to prioritize daily Mass, and I have seen the fruits of virtuous friendships."
